Encouraging students to become self-motivated is perhaps one of our most important endeavors. Students who face different learning challenges are given a common sense approach to learning through the use of business simulations and processes. And for those students who don’t feel challenged by school, it can be tempting to put in just enough effort to do what’s required. Parents who see this approach from their children are oftentimes completely frustrated – even though their children bring home A and B report cards! Entrepreneurial principles not only allow students to learn in a real-world sense, but they learn the importance of being self-directed along their road to success.
