RCG Scholars desires to help all students learn and we understand that not every family’s budget can afford the services of a private tutor. That is why we started our reading groups in 2010, held at the Asheville YWCA*. Literacy is perhaps the single most important skill for a well-trained society and it is also one of the highest areas of struggle for many students. Our mission is to help all students learn, regardless of economic background.
